MAM Approves "Trial" RC Truck Track

At the June meeting, the membership voted to allow the use of R/C trucks in a dedicated area at the MAM Flying Field.  This track is for the use by MAM members who have a current AMA membership.  This is a trail and will be brought up for a second vote for acceptance at the end of the flying season.

JetMach 60 RC Turbine Jet CRASH

MAM Member Jeremy Clay sets out to maiden his JetMach 60 RC Turbine Jet Trainer. The JetMach 60 was built from a kit from Laser Design Services out of Texas. It had a Jet Cat P-60 in it. 76" span, weighs 15.5 pounds, flaps, pull pull rudder system.

Crash was caused from poorly glued hinges. This was a direct result from the use of epoxy that was allowed to freeze while sitting in his garage during the winter
